Ever wondered what over 1,000 tonnes of technology equipment looks like before it is deployed on an Olympic venue?
When I met with my Warehouse Manager this morning she started sharing her burning desire to start moving equipment to venues, not only to make more space for the equipment still to arrive, but also because with only 28 days to go, it is certainly time to start moving it out.
Fortunately today we made quite a big dent in this pile, and at the same time made a little olympic history. Today the largest ever combined videoboard and scoreboard at an Olympic Games started being installed into the Olympic Stadium, on time and as planned! Well done to the install team and here is hoping the remainder of all our installs continue in the same way.
